More about La Vida Llena!
At La Vida Llena, you’ll find a higher level of retirement living.
Some consider it impolite to talk about the cost of your home—but not us. At La Vida Llena, we believe in full transparency, clearly explaining what you pay and what you’ll get. We will go through everything you need to know, from defining the Entrance Fee, the Monthly Fee, and what’s included in Life Care, so that you can make a fully informed decision about your future.
Though there’s quite a bit to understand, we’ve gone into detail, below.
Do you want to get the most for your money? We thought so. Take this two-minute quiz (yes, it’ll actually take two minutes) to find out what floor plan will be the best fit for your budget.
The Entrance Fee is a one-time fee you pay when you first become a resident. Your Entrance Fee is determined by the size and style of the apartment or Casita you choose. Our two Entrance Fee options—traditional and 50% refundable—offer flexibility as you plan for your future.
The Monthly Fee is an ongoing fee associated with residency. The amount is determined by the size and style of home you choose. At your current residence, you might pay different bills every month to take care of various needs and conveniences. Here, you pay one fee, once a month. In return, you get a lot for your money. Here’s just a short list of all the perks your Monthly Fee covers:
The fees above are effective October 1, 2024. All fees are subject to change.
The Traditional Plan provides a 90-day estate death benefit and a prorated refund should you move out within 36 months of occupancy. No refunds beyond 36 months.
The 50% Refund Plan provides a prorated refund of no less than 50% of the entry fee.
The refund is paid to you if you move out, or to your estate upon death.
Should your needs change over time, your Resident and Care Agreement also provides you with access to health services. Upon permanent transition to a higher level of care for any Independent Living resident, the Monthly Fee will adjust to a rate equal to the then current Aztec Apartment Monthly Fee plus the cost of two additional meals.
Life Care is a type of contract offered at La Vida Llena. It guarantees you access to a comprehensive range of on-site, long-term care services which are included in your Entrance Fee. You’ll have access to Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care including Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, Short-Term Care and Long-Term Nursing.
