The Price Is Right.

Some consider it impolite to talk about the cost of your home—but not us. At La Vida Llena, we believe in full transparency, clearly explaining what you pay and what you’ll get. We will go through everything you need to know, from defining the Entrance Fee, the Monthly Fee, and what’s included in Life Care, so that you can make a fully informed decision about your future.

Though there’s quite a bit to understand, we’ve gone into detail, below.

Pricing, explained:

The Entrance Fee.

The Entrance Fee is a one-time fee you pay when you first become a resident. Your Entrance Fee is determined by the size and style of the apartment or Casita you choose. Our two Entrance Fee options—traditional and 50% refundable—offer flexibility as you plan for your future.

The Monthly Fee.

The Monthly Fee is an ongoing fee associated with residency. The amount is determined by the size and style of home you choose. At your current residence, you might pay different bills every month to take care of various needs and conveniences. Here, you pay one fee, once a month. In return, you get a lot for your money. Here’s just a short list of all the perks your Monthly Fee covers:

  • All utilities (includes Wi-Fi/Internet)
  • Maintenance-free living
  • 24-hour security
  • A dining plan
  • Regular housekeeping
  • Social, recreational, and lifelong learning programs
  • Scheduled transportation for outings, medical appointments, etc.
  • Access to our on-site aquatic and fitness center, a fitness trainer for personalized exercise programs, scheduled aquatic and fitness classes, and wellness programs
