- Strength & Balance: Build stability and confidence with classes like Morning Stretch, Strength & Balance, and Chair Yoga.
- Cardio & Energy Boost: Get moving with Circuit Training, Low-Intensity Cardio/Strength, and Line Dancing.
- Outdoor & Social Fitness: Enjoy fresh air and camaraderie in Walking Group and Outdoor Fitness Programs.
- Aquatic Exercise: Try low-impact yet highly effective water fitness classes, with coed, women’s, and men’s sessions available.
Classes are offered Monday through Saturday, with multiple options each weekday to accommodate various fitness levels and preferences.

Our two heated indoor pools, located on the Main Campus and at Nueva Vista, provide the perfect opportunities to go with the flow. Swim solo, jump right into one of our water fitness classes, or just enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. You’ll be going easy on your joints while improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Afterward, enjoy a relaxing dip into the hot tub to relax and unwind—you deserve it!
